American HealthCare Capital is pleased to introduce an Outpatient Speech and Occupational Therapy Clinic and ABA based therapeutic school for students with developmental disorders and Autism for sale in Florida. The company has been in business for nearly 20 years, and the majority of their patients are pediatric. They are an IBCCES Autism Center.
The clinic’s payers include 45% Florida Medicaid/HMO’s, 40% TriCare, 12% direct contracts with facilities, and 3% commercial insurance. The school is reimbursed through several scholarship programs for academics, as well as Tricare (80%), Medicaid (15%), and UHC (5%) for ABA Therapy. Gross revenues are on track to exceed $1.7 Million in 2017 with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 24%. The seller feels there is room for growth through increased marketing, offering additional services, and hiring more BCBA’s (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
The seller would consider staying on in a part time role but is ultimately looking to retire. The rest of the staff is expected to remain on with a new owner. The asking price for this opportunity is $2 Million.
