Medicaid Certified Home Health Agency in Massachusetts, a highly coveted market for Home
Health providers, given its proximity to downtown Boston. The company has been Medicare
certified since 2016 and is CHAP accredited. The company currently holds contracts with all
Senior Care Option Medicaid providers in the state. These providers include Senior Whole
Health, United Healthcare, Fallon Community Health Plan, Boston Medical Center Healthnet
Plan, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Tufts Health Plan, MassHealth, and Medicare. They are
licensed to cover the entire state of Massachusetts with no limitations.
Currently, there are no patients. The company discharged its last patient in August 2021, and
they are looking to divest the business. Staff and office space may be available for a new
