The Company treats co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use together with a coordinated team focused on long-term healing. They are a CARF-accredited provider of mental health and substance use services.
The Company services adults and children in their Centers, Residential Facilities, in the Community, and via Telehealth. Payer sources include Medicaid and Commercial Insurance.
Financial Overview
The Company achieved gross revenue in excess of $12 million during its peak operating period. At that time, one of its largest in-network payers, Aetna & Sentara, reclassified the organization as out-of-network following a Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation and related review. Although the final findings attributed no wrongdoing to the firm, the payer change materially impacted revenue.
During 2024 and 2025, the Company experienced revenue fluctuations while expanding its network of insurance partners and enhancing its service offerings. Over the past 18 months, they have further strengthened its continuum of care through the addition of new sober living residences and is preparing to launch virtual Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (SUD IOP) services.

Staff Overview and Exit Plan
