American HealthCare Capital Exclusively Advises Carrington Hospice Care in their Sale to Jet Health

Jet Health, Inc., a leading regional provider of home health and hospice services, announced today the acquisition of Carrington Hospice Care, Inc., an Arlington, Texas-based hospice company. The acquisition marks Jet Health’s second one in the hospice arena, and furthers its strategy to offer hospice care in the current home health markets it serves. Carrington Hospice Care was exclusively represented by American HealthCare Capital in the sale of their company. This is the second company that AHC has sold for the owners of Carrington Hospice Care.
