The Chicago based teleradiology company focused on Trauma and Emergency medicine was acquired by California based Epic Staffing Group, which is owned by billionaire family, The Pritzker Family. Dr. Allen, Managing Director, was the lead advisor on the deal, guiding both parties through the transaction from start to finish. The transaction was completed under 75 days.
Dr. Sami’s goal in this transaction was to preserve his legacy and provide more career and growth and opportunities for his team by selling his radiology group to a national leading staffing company. Epic Staffing Group focuses on areas of employment where an imbalance exists, making this a great fit for both parties. The acquisition of this radiology group was covered by a press release published in Radiology Magazine.
