They work in partnership with clinical providers, existing peer programs, government agencies, and community resources, and they have been a leader in jail re-entry and recidivism services for many years. Client services include counseling, peer support, skills training, pre-employment, and Therapeutic Day Programs. Clients are treated in outpatient facilities, in the community, and in the home.

The company’s business is 100% Medicaid, and they are contracted with all major insurance companies. Revenues have shown steady growth over the past few years. They grossed $4.3 million in 2019, $6 million in 2020, and nearly $7 million in 2021 with an adjusted EBITDA of $1.53 million (22%). They are on track to achieve significant growth in both top and bottom-line numbers in 2022 with a projection to hit $9.3 million with an adjusted EBITDA of around $2.5 million.

There is a full complement of staff that is expected to stay on. The owners intend to retire but will assist during a transitional period.
