The company is ACHC accredited and Medi-Cal certified with clean and current licenses. They are also Medicare certified, although they do not provide any services through Medicare.
Approximately 85% of the company’s business is long-term pediatric skilled nursing cases, known as Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT). Approximately 10% of the company’s business is Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver services, which is an extension of EPSDT when the patient reaches 21 years of age. The remaining 5% of the business is providing minimal, monthly pediatric LVN respite services to local Regional Centers.
Gross revenues have consistently been in the $2 million range but have recently seen a decline due to COVID and staffing shortages. In 2022, they expect to gross $1.3 million with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 25%.
