The payer mix is 97% commercial insurance, 12% Medicare, 12% Medicare Advantage and 1% Medicaid. Gross revenues have shown consistent growth, going from $2 million in 2020, to more than $2.1 million in 2021, and ending 2022 at nearly $2.3 million with adjusted EBITDA of $1.1 million (49.5%). They expect to reach $2.5 million in 2023 with a similar EBITDA margin. The patient base continues to grow through self-referrals, physician referrals, and advertising, and the seller feels that growth could be achieved by adding more providers to support the increasing demand.

The staff is expected to stay on post-acquisition, and the seller is open to staying on for 12 – 24 months to assist with the transition to new ownership.
