This well-established, CARF-accredited company provides outpatient mental health and psychiatric services, intensive in-home and community-based behavioral health services, individual and family therapy, and school-based educational and behavioral support services.
Payer Mix and Patient Overview
The Company’s payer mix consists of approximately 55% government contracts and 45% Medicaid. Across both locations, the Company has approximately 770 active clients, approximately 80% of whom are children and 20% adults.
Financial Overview
Revenue increased from approximately $7.93 million in FY 2024 to $9.72 million in FY 2025 and $10.84 million for the trailing twelve months ended June 30, 2026. TTM adjusted EBITDA was approximately $2.49 million after management-proposed adjustments.
During the first six months of 2026, the Company generated approximately $5.85 million in revenue, representing an annualized revenue run rate of approximately $11.69 million. First-half revenue increased 23.7% compared with the same period in 2025, with growth across all four principal operating divisions. The Company also maintained a strong operating margin as the platform continued to expand.

The sellers are seeking retirement but will assist during an appropriate transition period.
Asking Price
The asking price for this opportunity is $15 million, excluding cash, receivables, and working capital.
