Company Overview
American HealthCare Capital is pleased to exclusively introduce an established and highly profitable international healthcare management platform serving insured individuals who live or travel outside of the United States.
The Company connects eligible patients with healthcare providers in its established international markets and manages the administrative and reimbursement processes associated with covered medical services.
The Company has developed an extensive network of hospitals, physicians, and third-party payers. It serves a growing patient population and projects continued growth in 2026.
Financial Overview
Net sales and net income have increased at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 25% since 2022. For 2026, management projects approximately $23.0 million in net sales and $17.8 million in net income. The Company is projecting nearly $25.0 million in net sales in 2027 with a net income of over $20 million. Its attractive reported margins are supported by negotiated provider arrangements and reimbursement available under eligible insurance benefits.
Operating Platform and Growth Opportunity
The Company has established the provider relationships, payer experience, billing infrastructure, operating processes, and referral network required to manage international healthcare claims. New patients are generated primarily through the Company’s established provider relationships, referral network, and reputation, with minimal reliance on paid marketing.
Additional working capital would allow the Company to accommodate greater patient volume and capitalize on referral demand that currently exceeds the number of cases the Company can fund. A well-capitalized buyer could increase patient volume, expand within the existing provider network, enter additional markets, and introduce complementary services.
Asking Price and Exit Plan
The asking price is $150 million. The proposed transaction includes the existing operating entity and the infrastructure required to continue the business.
Ownership is prepared to provide a meaningful transition and may remain involved longer under mutually acceptable terms to preserve relationships and support future growth.
