Company Overview
American HealthCare Capital is proud to exclusively represent a pediatric therapy clinic and private school for sale. This founder-led business has more than two decades of operations, combining occupational, speech, physical and feeding therapy with a therapy-informed private school and early education under one roof. The Company previously offered applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and is planning to resume these services.
The integrated model consists of clinical and education teams that coordinate around children’s developmental and learning needs. School revenue has been increasing and reached $0.9 million in the trailing twelve months ended June 2026.
Financial Snapshot
The Company generated adjusted net revenue of $2.64 million and adjusted EBITDA of $294,000 in FY2025, representing an 11.1% margin. For the trailing twelve months ended June 30, 2026, adjusted net revenue was approximately $2.54 million and adjusted EBITDA was $218,000, representing an 8.6% margin.
For the projected twelve months ending June 30, 2027, the Company anticipates adjusted net revenue of approximately $2.56 million and adjusted EBITDA of $242,000, representing a 9.4% margin. The projection is based on historical QoE-adjusted financials and includes anticipated enrollment growth but excludes potential revenue from the planned resumption of ABA services and other growth initiatives.
The financial projections reflect certain assumptions regarding future operations. The Company is currently transitioning away from certain school contracts, with the net impact on earnings dependent on associated cost reductions and staffing adjustments. Accordingly, the projections do not represent a fully updated, post-transition operating forecast.
Growth Opportunity
Priorities include enrollment growth, improved clinical utilization, specialty intensives, and billing and staffing efficiencies. An additional growth opportunity is the planned resumption of ABA services, which were temporarily suspended in early 2026 following the departure of the Company’s BCBA. Management reports that the program’s foundation and payer credentialing remain in place, providing an opportunity to reintroduce these services with appropriate clinical oversight. A strategic partner could support recruitment, program development, and expansion.
The opportunity combines education-led growth with operational improvements and the potential to expand clinical services. Additional locations represent a longer-term growth opportunity.
