American HealthCare Capital is proud to exclusively represent an independent pharmacy in the Tampa Bay, Florida area with licenses for sale. The pharmacy is closing a sale to a major retail chain. That chain does not need the licenses supporting the pharmacy, so those licenses can be sold to a buyer who desires to establish a new retail and long-term care pharmacy in Florida.
- The company operates under two NPI licenses and two NCPDPS licenses, one each for retail and long-term care prescriptions. It has full licensure under the DEA to prescribe controlled substances, schedules II to V.
- All insurance contracts under the license are in place for both retail and long-term care.
- Under the terms of the acquisition, the buyer of the licenses would be required to establish their pharmacy anywhere in Florida outside a 25-mile radius of the current location of the existing pharmacy.
