American HealthCare Capital is pleased to introduce an Opioid Recovery Clinic for sale in Indiana. The clinic helps people with opioid addiction or dependence regain control of their lives through a monitored step-down program using a combination of Suboxone, Vivitrol (and other medication-assisted treatments), Mental Health Specialists, Social Workers, and other various therapies. The clinic also treats patients with HIV and Hepatitis C.

Services are provided primarily in the clinic (70%), but they also do telehealth (30%). The clinic currently treats an average of 220 patients on a weekly basis with an average reimbursement of $150 per visit. They also have an in-house urine analyzer. The payer mix is 80% Medicaid, 15% Medicare, and 5% commercial insurance. All services are covered by insurance.

Revenues have grown substantially since the pandemic in 2020. They grossed $103,707 in 2020 and ended 2022 at $877,446. They have been highly profitable, achieving an EBITDA of $260,391 (29.7%) in 2022. In 2023, they are on pace to reach $1 million in gross revenues with an EBITDA of around $300,000. They expect to continue the positive growth trajectory into 2024 with a plan to increase their monthly client census by 120, which would bring them to at least $1.2 million in gross revenues with EBITDA near $400,000, and the current staff has the capacity to handle this level of growth with no additions.
The staff is expected to stay on post-acquisition. The owner is minimally involved in the day to day operations but will assist during a transitional period as needed.

The asking price for this opportunity is $3 million.
