The neurology practice is the primary source of income. Infusion Center income as a percentage of total gross revenue was 17% in 2020, 33% in 2021, and 38% in 2022. For the neurology practice, the payer mix is 38% Medicare, 61% Private Insurance, 1% Private Pay, and 0% Medicaid. Total gross revenues for 2020 were $1,984,359 with an Adjusted EBITDA of $610,734 (30.78%). In 2021, gross revenues grew to $2,283,526 with an Adjusted EBITDA of $895,521 (39.22%). In 2022, the neurology infusion center continued its impressive growth trend with $2,703,604 of gross revenues and $1,153,646 (42.67%) of Adjusted EBITDA. Notwithstanding the government’s review of drug prices, 2023 total gross revenues are reasonably expected to reach $3 million.

A full complement of support staff is expected to transition, and the physician owner is open to continue with the practice for a reasonable period after the sale.
