American HealthCare Capital is pleased to introduce a Regional Medical Staffing and Private Duty Home Care Agency for sale in the Central United States. This well-established company has 4 locations in 3 states, allowing them to serve a broad area. Home care services include skilled and non-skilled care, high-tech infusion, wound care/vac, and sitters in facilities. Staffing services include per diem, 4 –13-week contracts, temp to perm, and permanent placement.

As a whole, the company’s business mix is 85% staffing and 15% private duty home care. Gross revenues were $11.8 million in 2019 with an adjusted EBITDA of $1.83 million and grew to over $14 million in 2020 with an adjusted EBITDA of $2.5 million. In 2021, gross revenues were over $15 million with an adjusted EBITDA of $2.7 million. In 2022, the company is on track to do $17 million in gross revenue with an adjusted EBITDA of $2.9 million.

The majority of private duty home care business is private pay. The company does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid reimbursed programs. They served over 200 patients annually over the past few years. The referral base comes from Trust Officers, Estate Planners, Social Services at facilities, Case Managers, Third Party Administrators, Infusion Providers and Patient Referrals.

The medical staffing business has more than 450 contracts with facilities, including hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, clinics, surgical centers, hospices, home health agencies, industrial companies, assisted living facilities, and mental health centers. They are currently billing over 8,000 hours per week.
Additionally, the company owns proprietary software they use for scheduling, payroll, and billing for both the Medical Staffing and Private Duty Home Care businesses. This software is included in the sale.

The asking price for this opportunity is $15 million.
